The ideas, experiences, experiments, feelings and observations shared in this report indicate the the path for men to leave the Patriarchy leads directly into the abyss. This is the path that makes sense, because Archiarchy is not a rebuild of Patriarchy. Archiarchy is an entirely different context, and requires an entirely different skillset. To move from Patriarchy to Archiarchy starts with a complete reset, a start over, and this start over can neither be avoided nor faked. The abyss needs to do its work on you before you are 'tenderized' enough - and have dropped enough Patriarchal baggage - to walk across the bridge and fit through the doorway to begin life anew in Archiarchy. This process is comparable to the map used in the third Indiana Jones film (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade), in which Indy makes it through a particular cave. HIs next instruction is to stand where the cave opens to a vertical rock cliff and take a big step upwards into nothing. Indiana may know that the Chalice waits for him at the other side of the chasm, but he cannot gain access to the next chamber without taking that impossible step. There is no way around it. Men wishing to leave the Patriarchy and start over in Archiarchy face this same challenge.
I (Clinton Callahan) experience this report from Ana Norambuena, a Possibility Management Lab Trainer, as the most important map for men wishing to leave the Patriarchy that I ever found in my life. I think this video must go out everywhere. The transmission from Ana is so clear and true, so rich and undeniable. The message cannot be confronted or confused. The path for men to grow up can no longer be faked or fooled.

Worktalk: Creating and Navigating Intimacy in Archiarchy - Vera Franco & Meredith Witt

Women in Patriarchy are taught that physical safety, intimacy and love will come if they give their power and authority to men. That if they manipulate and control their bodies, if they wear beautiful clothes and eat at fine dining restaurants, or if they get swept away by the sexy man at a hotel bar, they will be loved. And once they have love, they need to be young, sexy, luscious but athletic, un-needing, and available, so that their partners don’t leave.
Women learn to completely suppress and then ignore their real wants. They instead have a ‘near-life’ experience inside a myriad of fantasy worlds. These fantasies entertain their surviving mind and keep their heart from actually experiencing authentic relating and love. 
Relating is a field where ongoing groundless creation of ecstatic intimacy can happen. Adult and Archetypal relating happens in reality. Creating and Navigating the space to where Intimacy is possible requires transformation, healing, and practice. 
This worktalk is about being in the Gap of all your constructs and sourcing love from your adult ego state navigator. To discover how to move from the source of the authentic wants of your Being. Going beyond the fantasy of what life should be like and into the groundless, vulnerable present.

In Patriarchy, women are raised to remain insecure little girls because a woman who knows her worth - a woman who has reclaimed her authority to create what her being truly wants to create - is very uncomfortable for the status quo.
A Woman Of Earth bases her entire life on completely different values than those of the patriarchy. She is not afraid of being alone because she creates the love and intimacy she desires wherever she goes. She is unhookable because her Dignity does not come from the numbers in her bank account, how much she has achieved, her age, how many children she has, whether she has a partner or followers, whether she has written books or appeared on the cover of a magazine is. Her dignity comes from her Being her Bright Principles in action.
Modern culture operates from a very low standard of responsibility where women are mostly functions of men, and men are busy with fights for power and material value. 
Women Of Earth retain their authority and ability to act instead of handing it over to men or the values of modern culture. This gives them space to create multiple Next Cultures based on higher and radical levels of Responsibility.
Archiarchy is already unfolding with every step that a Woman takes with Dignity on her own path, with every lowering of her Numbness Bar, with every refusal to further fuel the competitive game among women, with every generous, radiant movement with which she provides her Nonmaterial Value to the world.
