Our commitment to Being Right is so deeply grounded in our concept of being 'safe, trying to 'know', and desperately wanting to 'control' things. The possibility of vulnerability, connection, collaboration, and creation dies behind that lifeless wall.
Here is an opportunity to make a different choice, to choose Being in Relationship and surrendering the strategy of trying to Be Right. How is that possible? How can you Be in Relationship without also losing your boundaries or being adaptive? During this skill-building WorkTalk, you will practice finding the aliveness that emerges from falling into the space of relationship with your heart open and your sword of Clarity by your side. Suddenly, the strategy of Being Right is no longer desirable compared with negotiating new intimacies.
